Valley Spring accepts the call, coordinates placement, and prepares the next treatment step after stabilization.
Partial Care provides Valley Spring's highest outpatient intensity through full treatment days, frequent therapy, psychiatric access, nursing support, medication management, case management, and recovery planning. It remains an in-person program in Norwood and does not provide overnight residence.

Valley Spring does not disclose treatment records to an employer without the client's written authorization or another legally permitted basis. An employee who requests leave or an accommodation may need to provide medical certification, although an employer generally does not receive the complete clinical record. Case managers help eligible clients coordinate FMLA, disability, and return-to-work documentation while limiting disclosures to the authorized purpose.

Our clinical team includes licensed LCSWs trained in EMDR trauma therapy, CBT, and DBT.
