Cellary serves as a board member of Alumni in Recovery and was honored as 'Businessman of the Year' by the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD), presented by New York State Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins. As Clinical Director at Valley Spring Recovery Center, Noelle Mathew oversees the Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health programs, bringing 10 years of experience across multiple levels of care. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey, with a minor in Substance Use Disorders, and an Associate of Science from Bergen Community College. Noelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor – Master Level (CASAC-M), and is also a Certified School Social Worker in New Jersey. Noelle works primarily with adults navigating mental health concerns and substance use disorders, including co-occurring conditions, with additional experience supporting adolescents, individuals with eating disorders, families, and first responders. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based care, drawing on CBT, DBT-informed interventions, ACT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches that she tailors to each client's needs, goals, and readiness for change. Noelle is driven by a deep belief in her clients' resilience and considers it a privilege to support people through some of the most vulnerable, transformative moments of their lives. Caitlin Dow is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with 6 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. She currently serves as the Clinical Manager of Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Services at Valley Spring Recovery Center, overseeing Partial Care and Intensive Outpatient Programming for both SUD and mental health populations. Caitlin has worked across multiple levels of care, including methadone maintenance, detoxification, residential, and outpatient treatment. Her professional journey — from behavioral technician and case manager to counselor — reflects her dedication to supporting clients through every stage of recovery. She works primarily with adults, families, veterans, and first responders, providing compassionate and individualized care that supports long-term recovery and emotional wellness. Her clinical philosophy is rooted in trauma-focused and person-centered care. Stephen LaTourette serves as Primary Therapist and Health and Wellness Leader in Valley Spring Recovery Center's PHP program, bringing 4 years of experience in behavioral health alongside an extensive clinical and pharmacy background. He holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island and is a licensed pharmacist (RPh), Certified Personal Trainer, and CADC Intern completing certification through County College of Morris. His additional credentials include Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, CPR/AED, APhA Medication Therapy Management, and Certified Pharmacist Immunizer status. Stephen works with adults and families, grounding his practice in a holistic, person-centered philosophy. He meets clients where they are and works collaboratively with them to build sustainable, healthy routines alongside their clinical treatment. Stephen is motivated by helping people create lives they can truly flourish in. Sara has a specialized interest in perinatal and postpartum mental health and nervous system regulation. Sara works with adults navigating substance use and recovery, general mental health concerns, and families and support systems. She believes healing begins with compassion, connection, and meeting individuals where they are, and her client-centered, strengths-based approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) alongside mindfulness and nervous system regulation techniques tailored to each client's emotional, cultural, and clinical needs. By building genuine relationships, actively listening, and providing individualized resources, Jordan helps foster continued engagement and long-term success in recovery. As a person in recovery, Jordan is motivated by the opportunity to give back what was freely given. He works primarily with adults seeking treatment. Paul believes the most powerful guidance often comes from those who have already walked the path. He sees lived experience as creating a level of understanding that can't be taught, and views the connection between people who have faced similar struggles as being at the heart of meaningful, lasting recovery. For many years, Paul struggled, and the care and support he received changed the course of his life. His educational background includes a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration, M.S. in Education and Administration, EdS in Advanced Education and Administration, and an MSW from Fordham University. With over 30 years of sobriety, Al's recovery informs his therapeutic approach. His law enforcement background provides unique insight into addiction's broader impacts, and he specializes in treating first responders and veterans. Al emphasizes holistic therapy addressing psychological and emotional dimensions of mental health, maintaining meticulous preparation for group sessions and consistently providing clients with new and valuable insights. Sherie Solomon

Sherie Solomon is Valley Spring Recovery Center's SUD Evening Virtual Therapist, bringing over 20 years of experience in substance use counseling and co-occurring challenges across a wide range of treatment settings, including the judiciary system. She holds a Master of Human Services (MHS) and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Clinical Certified Supervisor (CCS), Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor II (CASAC II) in New York, and Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) in Connecticut. Sherie has also completed the iTHIRST Spiritual Companion Training and incorporates spiritually informed recovery principles when appropriate. Sherie utilizes both abstinence-based and harm reduction approaches, recognizing that recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Her therapeutic practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), relapse prevention strategies, recovery coaching principles, peer support resources, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) support. Anthony Tangi is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) specializing in treating substance abuse, anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders (including schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder), bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD across adult and adolescent populations. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University (Summa Cum Laude) and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University. Anthony employs a conservative approach to medication management and brings over a decade of psychiatric experience from inpatient, outpatient, and emergency crisis settings at major health systems including University of Pennsylvania, Thomas Jefferson University, and Temple University. Patricia V. Osterhoudt is a recovery advocate, family support specialist, and member of the Ramapough Lenape Nation in Hillburn, New York. She has maintained sobriety since 2017 following the loss of her son to substance use disorder, transforming that experience into advocacy and service. Patricia has trained approximately 1,000 individuals in Narcan administration and overdose response, including 225 graduating seniors at a local high school on prom day. She served as Program Coordinator for the New Jersey Commission on American Indian Affairs and held multiple roles at Foundations Recovery Community Center/RCADD. Patricia founded Matt's Movement in memory of her son and recently presented 'Roots to Resilience: Connecting with Your Indigenous Roots in Recovery' at the FOR-NY RECON 2025 conference.
