Zach PuzoCADC

Zach Puzo has worked as an addiction counselor since 2016 and joined Valley Spring Recovery Center in 2021 as one of the facility's founding employees. He holds an associate degree in Human Services from Passaic County Community College and is pursuing his CADC certification. In his clinical role, Zach focuses on guiding patients through recovery challenges while offering compassionate guidance and evidence-based strategies. He demonstrates particular enthusiasm for family-centered work, emphasizing relationship restoration and healing within families. Beyond direct counseling, Zach manages case management functions including FMLA assistance, legal documentation support, employment resources, and employer coordination. He maintains an open-door practice where clients feel secure raising concerns and stays connected with program alumni, offering ongoing encouragement and support.
