Sylvia Chiang

Sylvia Chiang is an Intake and Operations Coordinator at Valley Spring Recovery Center, providing clerical support to the SUD/MH programs. She studied at Montclair State University and brings a warm, encouraging presence to every interaction with adult clients, grounded in her belief that recovery is possible for everyone. Sylvia tailors her approach by providing constant encouragement, helping clients feel supported from the very first moment they connect with Valley Spring. She is motivated by the opportunity to be part of someone's recovery journey — knowing that even a small gesture of support can make a meaningful difference. Outside of work, Sylvia recharges on the slow pitch softball field.
