She served as Program Coordinator for the New Jersey Commission on American Indian Affairs and held multiple roles at Foundations Recovery Community Center/RCADD. Patricia founded Matt's Movement in memory of her son and recently presented 'Roots to Resilience: Connecting with Your Indigenous Roots in Recovery' at the FOR-NY RECON 2025 conference. A two-episode feature on Shalom World TV's Unshackled series is scheduled to air in Spring 2026.
