Medical detoxification monitors acute withdrawal and treats complications before rehabilitation. Severe alcohol or benzodiazepine withdrawal, heavy opioid withdrawal, unstable vital signs, and acute intoxication require medical screening.
Residential care supplies overnight staffing and separation from an unsafe recovery environment. A stable adult who has completed withdrawal management still requires residential structure when home-based attendance cannot provide adequate safety or support.
Partial Care is an intensive in-person program, not ordinary weekly outpatient counseling. Valley Spring combines full treatment days with therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medical support, case management, medication services, and step-down planning for adults who remain safe outside program hours.
IOP provides repeated weekly structure while a client lives at home; outpatient treatment reduces frequency as symptoms, function, and recovery stability improve while preserving therapy, medication follow-up, and continuing-care planning.

An employee who requests leave or an accommodation may need to provide medical certification, although an employer generally does not receive the complete clinical record. Case managers help eligible clients coordinate FMLA, disability, and return-to-work documentation while limiting disclosures to the authorized purpose.

Our clinical team includes licensed LCSWs trained in EMDR trauma therapy, CBT, and DBT. Psychiatric evaluation is completed within the first 72 hours of admission and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available.
