Valley Spring coordinates placement rather than representing these services as on-site treatment.
A person who needs continuous staffing, separation from an unsafe environment, or more supervision than home-based care supplies requires residential assessment. A Jersey City resident's discharge plan should identify the next outpatient level before the residential stay ends.
Partial Care is Valley Spring's most intensive outpatient level and takes place in person in Norwood. It provides a full treatment day, psychiatric and medical oversight, therapy, and case management for medically stable adults who do not require overnight supervision.
IOP supplies multiple structured sessions each week; standard outpatient care reduces frequency as stability and function improve. The intensive outpatient program describes schedule, therapy, medication support, and step-down planning.
