Partial Care is Valley Spring's most structured outpatient level. It remains in person and combines daytime programming with psychiatric and medical oversight, medication management, therapy, and case management for medically stable adults.
The Intensive Outpatient Program supplies multiple structured sessions each week, while standard outpatient care supports rehabilitation at lower frequency as stability and function improve.
Depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, suicidality, medication instability, and substance use require coordinated assessment. A psychiatric emergency needs crisis care; stable co-occurring symptoms may fit integrated treatment.
Coverage depends on medical necessity, authorization, network status, benefits, and the selected level. A discharge plan should identify medication follow-up, family participation, peer support, housing, transportation, relapse response, and the next clinical step.

An employee who requests leave or an accommodation may need to provide medical certification, although an employer generally does not receive the complete clinical record. Case managers help eligible clients coordinate FMLA, disability, and return-to-work documentation while limiting disclosures to the authorized purpose.

Our clinical team includes licensed LCSWs trained in EMDR trauma therapy, CBT, and DBT. Psychiatric evaluation is completed within the first 72 hours of admission and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available.
