Sean Mintz

Sean Mintz is an Advisory Board Member for Finance at Valley Spring Recovery. Raised in Boynton Beach, FL, Sean holds a Master’s of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He began his career in addiction treatment in 2013, playing a pivotal role in expanding Banyan Treatment Center through strategic acquisitions and consolidations. As Banyan’s Chief Financial Officer, Sean led the accounting department, managed all fiscal matters, and implemented strategies to enhance revenue and cost management, including overseeing a significant property refinancing project and a successful ownership transition to Private Equity.

Currently, Sean operates as a self-employed Fractional CFO including Valley Spring, providing strategic financial leadership and senior advisory services, particularly in the healthcare sector. His recent work includes executing business strategy solutions, software system upgrades, and pivotal accounting transitions that streamline operations and bolster financial frameworks. Sean’s expertise and leadership continue to drive growth and financial stability in his advisory roles.
